Fair Market Value Lease (FMV)

Ideal for high-volume facilities that refresh or upgrade their technology regularly. An FMV lease provides lower monthly payments and cash savings compared to a capital lease or cash purchase. At the end of the term, you can upgrade, extend the lease, purchase at fair market value, return the equipment, or any combination of these options. Capital Lease ($1 Buyout)

Ideal for low-volume and buy and hold customers who prefer equipment ownership. Olympus Capital Leases provide market leading rates with an end of term option to purchase the equipment for $1.00. Depreciation and tax benefits are often available with this type of lease.
