Olympus® UNITE Patient Access Program

The Olympus UNITE program is available for the iTind™ Procedure and Spiration™ Valve System. The program is designed to improve access to Olympus products for patients whose medical benefits are provided through health plans, which generally require prior authorization services.

The Olympus UNITE Patient Access Program will provide the following:

• Secure online portal for prior authorization and appeal requests
• Electronic benefits verification
• Prior authorization and appeal submissions
• Real-time case updates and streamlined communications
• Reimbursement support helpline for general information on billing and coding
• Access to reimbursement tools
• Coverage policy and payer landscape information
